What does it involve?
A declaration of new construction reflects a physical modification to a registered property, such as the construction of a building. This declaration is always made by the registered owner.
The declaration can be for a completed new property or a property under construction. In the latter case, the corresponding certificate of completion will be required.
Finally, please note that declarations of new construction without termination of joint ownership or transfer of ownership can be requested via videoconference.
